At General Goodsy™, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer free returns, hassle-free exchanges, and a 2-year warranty on all eligible items. Your satisfaction is our priority!
1. Inspect Your Order
When your order arrives, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store or call +1 (512) 900-9530 (USA). We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns
✅ Eligible Items:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
❌ Non-Eligible Items:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Clearance items (sold as-is, without guarantees or original packaging).
- Sale items or gift cards.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the eligibility criteria above.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return costs.
❗ For buyer’s remorse returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. How to Return or Exchange an Item
1️⃣ Initiate the Return
Email us at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store with:
- Your name.
- Your order number.
- A photo of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable).
- The reason for the return or exchange.
2️⃣ Review Process
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
3️⃣ Receive a Return Label
- If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label (for defective/damaged items).
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4️⃣ Send Your Return
- Securely package the item and attach the return label.
- Drop it off at the designated shipping facility.
- Important: Do not send returns to the original shipping address. Use the return address provided by our team.
5️⃣ Receive Notification
Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you and process either:
- A refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- A replacement shipped within 72 hours (subject to availability).
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
🚨 Damaged Packages:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged package and product.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on availability.
🚨 Lost Packages:
If your tracking number shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Check with neighbors or your local post office/carrier in case they held the package.
2️⃣ File a claim with the carrier and provide the claim ID to us.
3️⃣ Contact us at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store with your claim details.
📌 Once validated, we may send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
6. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store.
- Cancellations are only possible before the order is marked as "Processing" or "Shipped."
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can return the item once received.
📌 No Cancellation Fees: General Goodsy™ does not charge cancellation fees. If your order is already in the shipping process, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
🚨 If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3️⃣ Contact your bank—some financial institutions take longer to process refunds (up to 30 days).

8. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs
