Shipping Times & Order Processing

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. However, in rare cases, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 11:59 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders with custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Tracking Information:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Methods & Carriers

🚪 Door-to-Door Delivery: All orders are delivered directly to your address (no pickup points required).

Missed Parcel Deliveries & Address Accuracy

📌 Missed Deliveries

  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the buyer is responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery.

📌 Shipping Address Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
  • General Goodsy™ is not responsible for stolen or lost deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

🚨 Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

🚨 Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking number shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, follow these steps:
    1️⃣ Check with neighbors or your local post office/carrier in case they held the package.
    2️⃣ File a claim with the carrier and provide the claim ID to us.
    3️⃣ Contact us at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store with your claim details.

📌 Once validated, we may send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

  • During holiday seasons or severe weather conditions, shipping times may be extended.
