Important Notice: General Goodsy currently ships to addresses within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK) only. We do not ship to the United States or other regions.

We are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and with care. Below is our detailed shipping and fulfillment policy.

1. Shipping Times & Order Processing

  • Delivery Time:

    • EU: Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days after shipment.

    • UK: Most orders are delivered within 4-10 business days after shipment.

    • Please note that made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping.

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Methods & Carriers

  • All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted logistics partners from within the EU and UK.

    • Delivery Method: Depending on your location, delivery may be made:

      • To your door by a courier.

      • To a nearby pick-up point (a secure locker or local parcel shop) for you to collect. You will receive notification from the carrier with instructions.

    • Carrier Selection: We and our fulfillment partners select the best available carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, or national postal services) to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

3. Missed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

  • 📌 Address Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. General Goodsy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • 📌 Missed Deliveries: If you are not available, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup from a local depot.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • 🚨 Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • 🚨 Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

    1. Check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier depot.

    2. Contact us at customersupport@generalgoodsy.store with your order number and details. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

5. Holidays & Weather Delays
During peak holiday seasons or due to severe weather conditions, shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
